We’re happy you are here!

This interior design company started with Hannah and me (Kristina). We met at the previous company we worked for and bonded over the passion of making clients realize how beautiful and peaceful their homes could be. As the company started rapidly expanding more into commercial spaces and larger, home remodeling projects, we wanted to stay more towards the clientele we had been serving. The larger projects were fun, but when something speaks to your soul, you gotta go! And so, we took the leap!

A few months in, Hannah found out that her dream of starting a family was coming true. So, we strategically went looking for her replacement as she had decided to part with the company so she could stay at home with her precious baby.

Enter Jessica! We ran several interviews and after meeting with Jessica, we knew she was the right fit for us, and us for her! She values our mission of providing functional, cost-effective, beautiful design that takes the vision you might have as a client, the lifestyle you lead, and meshes them together to create this unique, motivational space filled with all things you!

Hey! I'm Kristina, Owner of The Design Canvas.

My appreciation for design blossomed when I was hired to assist another company. While working in their operations department, I discovered my desire to contribute to the community and help others infuse beauty, peace, and functionality into their lives (and homes) in a budget-friendly way. I take immense pride in the mission and services provided by our company. Together, Jessica and I are dedicated to bringing a sense of peace into your home!
